Under new management, this billiard supply company decided to scale it's ecommerce store. Tasked with analyzing and organizing an extensively large skuset while simultaneously creating the technical foundation to scale, we encountered new obstacles such as inventory restraints and IOS 14 updates. Our agile approach kept our momentum strong as we shifted focus away from top-sellers and onto less popular products. We created demand by developing bundles, and creative strategies that enhanced the value propositions of these focus products. This resulted in a massive increase in revenue and efficiency in ad spend.
